State Divisions

The National Association of Blind Students carries out its work by way of its state student divisions. You can learn more of the role of state divisions in the larger organization by visiting the Campus Organizations page.

All state division web sites are undergoing upgrades. Check back to this page as the NABS board works to bring more state divisions online. Also, you may consider looking up your state affiliate to learn more about your state organization, chapter meeting times and locations as well as information on the state division, if one has already been established.

What follows is a list of student contacts. Please write to them or call them directly to learn more about activities in your local area. Also, remember that your NABS Board of Directors has been divided into regional advisers to better serve your state.

For some entries you will note that the data has an asterisk. These are states with an active list-serve on the NFBNet system. You can find your division's list-serve page, as well as dozens of other special interest list-serves, by visiting the NFBNet List Info Page
